Background

University Hospitals (UH) is a large academic medical center (AMC) based in Cleveland, Ohio. It is one of the largest employers in the state of Ohio. Sodexo provides nutrition services to UH’s acute care hospitals. Together, these two institutions adopted the Experiencia platform in July 2015 to bring a smarter, more efficient approach to their patient experience strategy, which is soon to be integrated with the digital medical record.
